After being with Sarge's for just over a year, Bailey was adopted by Kevin and Sherry on 9/25/10.
Here's his Happy Tail from Carmela, our office manager:
"Today through the window I saw a couple. As they approached the man's arm was stretched out in front of him. All you could
see is him being led in by a leash. As I got up to open the door I said, "Wow, this looks just like Bailey." Inside my heart
sunk as I thought maybe he was being returned. The man said, "This is Bailey, we adopted him Saturday". "Is everything ok?",
I asked. He and the wife said, "He had waiting so long for us to adopt him. We can't understand why he had not been adopted.
What a great dog." I breathed a sigh of relief. He was so happy and well loved. They told me that he was a camping dog for
sure. I gave him some treats and as they left, I said, " Bye Bailey, so happy for you and your new family" They responded,
"We changed his name to Gator, GO GATORS!!" they charged. And of they went, Bailey, Gator in the lead!!!"
